- Most of our products are handmade to order. Production time usually takes about 3 - 5 working days.
- Shipping normally takes 1 to 2 business days via USPS First Class.
- Total waiting time is roughly 7 business days.

- FREE Shipping for orders $75+ within the United States via USPS First Class Package
- Shipping Fee to Canada & Mexico - $9
- Shipping Fee to other countries - $14
- Sales tax does not count toward the total amount
- To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes
Returns
We are happy to accept returns and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are:
- Returned within 30 days from delivery date
- In its original packaging and condition
- No signs of wear or removal of tag / parts
Please ship your return in Lucia original package with a trackable shipping method. We are unable to issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping fee for returns.
